Full Service Design

Let us take care of the process from start to finish. Whether this is a renovation project or a furnishing project, we will take care of it!

With our experience and with our access to a network of trade vendors, trade pricing, and custom finishes, we will execute on all the big (and small) decisions, inclusive of:

  • collaboration with contractors,

  • selection of materials, finish, and fixtures,

  • budget management,

  • design plans,

  • sourcing of furniture, lighting and accessories,

  • and stylizing and accessorizing .

Renovation Design Services

This service is for clients seeking help with design on renovation or development. This can range from a renovation of a kitchen or bathroom to selections for a custom home finish.

We'll assist with the big decisions as well as the small ones and provide you with a customized selection guide inclusive of stone and tile selection, lighting fixture selections and plans, paint selections and custom feature recommendations such as fireplace surrounds and built-in's. No detail is too small as we will select everything from plumbing fixtures to hardware and more for execution with your contractors or developers.

This service can be done either locally or remote depending on the level of oversight you need.

Full Furnishing

For existing homes, we offer full furnishing solutions and styling solutions as a standalone service to ensure that you’re create a beautiful, functional, and cohesive space. We select, source, receive, deliver, and install elements!

Design Concierge

Whether local to New England or remote, this is a great option for those looking for assistance with bringing your vision to life. After an initial consultation to understand the goals you are looking to accomplish, we will design a layout and source furnishings and décor for your transformation.

Whether you're looking for full-service design complete with paint colors, light fixtures, hardware, furnishings, and more or just a few decorative details and accents to elevate your space - we can assist.

With your customization of what you're looking to accomplish, we can then execute purchasing on your behalf utilizing established trade relationships and then hand it over to you for install with your customized guide.

Developer Consult

We often work with developers to consult on full renovations or new home builds. This is a local service only and we work closely with the developer to evaluate floor plans and consult on finish selections, lighting placement and selection, paint colors, hardware, and any custom features such as built-in's or fireplace surrounds.

In partnership, we help evaluate a vision for the home and provide a design plan to help aid execution and ensure a cohesive design aesthetic and goal.

  • After contacting us and letting us know what your desired service is, we will send you a questionnaire for completion around the goals and scope of your project. We will then set up a consultation video conference to discuss your vision for the project and what you're looking to accomplish as well as share a little bit about our process. From there, we will request additional items such as inspiration pictures and budget specifications and look to schedule either an in-home consultation or an additional video conference if remote.

  • Once we have an initial idea of your vision and goals, we will either have a more focused in-home consultation or remote consultation to confirm how you plan to utilize the space, assess design goals, take measurements, and discuss next steps. From there, we will be able to produce a customized quote for the project and agreement outlining expectations.

  • Once the design agreement has been executed, we will get to work producing design boards and renderings that include options for color palettes, fixtures, furnishings, and finish (depending on scope). We will source samples, materials, and look to prepare a customized selection guide for your review.

  • After an approved final proposal and deposit delivery, we will work with our various trade partners to order all of the pieces to bring the vision to life. We will manage every detail of your project by coordinating ordering, tracking, and delivery of all design selections. If you are engaged on a renovation design service project, we will work to complete additional custom finishes - such as wallpaper installation - during this phase as well. We will ensure no detail is too small, and once complete - allow you to sit back and prepare to enjoy your new space!
